Hello All;

I am just coming to the Firprime tapes and back to the old Firm tapes. I have not received my new fitprime tapes yet and I was also wondering if I should get some of the Old Firm Tapes that are still floating around? Here is the list that I do not have. Let me know if you like any of them or should I just wait for the new Fitprime one. Oh also I used to love Susan Harris( I have the Old Vol I now all I have to do is do it more often) and Tracy Long? Should I buy the FitPrim Dvd's with them on them or are they the same as the new ones that I have ordered? Thanks and here is the list :)

Tough tape2; Cardio Split: Fat Blaster: Total Body shaping mix: Body Sculpt;
Cardio Sculpt; Fast & Firm Series hips thight and Abs; Power Yoga; Body Sculpting system upper body, BSS Complete aerobics & Weights; BSS@ Cardio Killer; BSS total body plus abs; lower body split & upper body split; Complete body shaping. Cardio Burn & Power cardio.

I already have all of the vol 1-6 tapes. I HATED the new firm but I did order the transfirmer but I have not gotten it yet so I was wondering if I should just use the new WHFN tapes when I get them I did order all of them. I have decided that I am going to be THIN or DEAD. Thanks for any opinions of help that you can offer and I am very excited to have found the REAL FIRM again.

thanks

Anne :)

I am not the best person to help you since I own every Firm (old and new), every original FitPrime, and every WHFN. If you want the best workouts available, these are the ones. All of them are worth acquiring!

Sadly, it's hard to find some of the old Firms and original FitPrimes as they are out of print.

The original FitPrimes are similar to the WHFN KickButts. However, I find them different enough to warrant owning both. I personally think the original FitPrimes are a little bit more challenging than the KickButts. The WHFN FitPrimes are original productions and slightly less challenging than the KickButts.

Tracie Long and Susan Harris are making videos for Tracie Long Productions. You can find them at www.justv.net (http://www.justv.net).

I love the WHFNs! With proper diet and these workouts, you WILL be thin, not dead. I promise. :)
