I just received the two retail completer sets. I was looking at the rotations that came with them. I noticed that the "crosstraining" workouts are frequently split up. Why? I'm confused. I thought that there were three crosstrainer sets in each series. But, in the packaging it says it is better to follow the rotation that is included than to alternate crosstraining sets back-to-back.

Hi there,
I think we have many options with these workouts, and the included rotations are just one (or two?) of those options. Another option is to rotate the crosstrainers, and plenty of people have done this safely and effectively, but you have to listen to your own body (as with any rotation). The only reason I think the crosstrainers were split was to illustrate more options for rotating the workouts for great results. Anna has always emphasized the importance of mixing things up in order to keep your body guessing. :)
