I miss seeing everyones results. How is every one doing?
Since I started eating more healthfully in April, I have lost over 26 pounds, making my exercise results more and more visible every day. It is such a win-win situation - I keep eating well and exercising because of all the benefits they bring me. I love feeling healthy and strong, and very inspired to keep going.

Hi, Lori! Those are incredible results!!! :D I've been using the WHFNs, but I also add in a lot of other workouts, too - lots of cardio, etc. I've lost about 10 lbs in the last 6 weeks, and before that had lost a good bit since February of this year. I still have a bit more to go.
I would also love to hear more about others' results. They always inspire me to work harder. ;)

Wow, way to go Lori & Jenn! I was having great results rotating all 12 WHFN's. However, my eating has been horrible and I've actually gained weight. For my body, I think good eating is the most important thing to keep the weight off.

Jenn and Lori - what rotation have you been following? I really need to get the eating down. I have stayed the same weight wise and I know that is because of the way I am eating.

Eating right has been the key for me. It is easy for me to maintain exercise, because it is such fun. I mix up my workouts a lot also. I don't understand it all, but since April have also been trying to follow some of the ideas of periodization, and changing the focus of my workouts every 4-6 weeks. So I did the mini-periodization rotation, then I did 6 weeks where I let myself go into my anaerobic zone a couple times a week, now am doing more AWT.

Hey Rhonda, Check out my journals on the journal forum. My eating is definitely key, but I've been doing a lot of walking (not my usual cardio), plus extra cardio, with only about two days of weights/AWT per week. It's working great. :)
