I did Steamin' Cardio today and I really love this one! I am nonstop in my aerobic zone until the floor work and it is so much fun! I also have to stay I really feel a lot of the moves in my lower abs if I keep them tight as much as possible during these workouts - it is really helping me in that area.

Anyway...I was just wondering what is the purpose behind the goddess pose? It is balance? Flexibility? Does it work the core..or is it the arms? I even wondered if I should do plank from side to side like in TLPs Core Foundations instead. What should I be concentrating on? :confused:

Hey Lori, I think it's all of the above - balance and flexibility, which uses the core of course in order to stabilize. Also, you would feel it in the arms, too, because they are working to stabilize also. :)
