I have all the new Fitprimes and Kickbutts but I am thinking about adding Weights First into the rotation probably with the Fitprimes. I love this workout because it gives greater lower body results. Has anyone tried adding this workout to any of the New Fitprime and/or Kickbutt rotation and if so explain your results.

Hi, Kim! I haven't done this, but just like you said, WF is a really TOUGH lower body workout. So I imagine the results would be GREAT! I remember years ago when that workout came out, my legs got incredible endurance and got some little cuts in them (that are no longer there right now! :p ).
