Hi- I just did most of Lean (my right ankle is acting up- i needed to quit to rest it I think). I was doing the uneven pushups and the fanny lifter and I wasn't sure- but are you really just working the arm on the floor versus the fanny lifter? Is the floor arm the one that you would put most of your weight? Thanks in advance for any input!!!Julie

I actually feel more work in the chest with the arm on the tall box. I think that is because it is stretched more. This could be me but I thought that is where your suppose to feel it more.

I also think the hand/arm on the box is the side that is working harder. I feel this deeper into my shoulder blade, too.

I've been doing these using my yoga block and still feel that it is "uneven enough" to focus on one side. Now which side that might be. . . is a mystery to me too. :cool:
