Hi- i'm a beginner (not totally new but have a history of starting and stopping a routine). I have all the fitprimes. I was wondering if a rotation of
Day 1-Lean
Day 2-Pump
Day 3-Metaboost
Day 4-Flexposture
Day5-Upper Body Burn
Day 6-Lower Body Burn
Day 7-Rest
do you think that would be okay for about 1 month before moving on to something else ? (maybe a mixture of Kickbutt and Fitprime)? Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks, Julie

I think it sounds great! I followed the fitprime rotation calendar that was in the kit for 4 weeks before I switched off to the kickbutts for 4 weeks. Now I'm doing a combo rotation. I hope you have a great time with your new workouts. I think you'll love them.

looks good - except I might start with Pump on day 1 and then do Lean on day 2 followed by Metaboost on day 3 and so on.

I agree with Snora and you might want to take a look at this post about the color coding of the dvd covers:

That may make it easier for you to identify what each workout emphasizes.

I think I like that rotation....I would start off with PUMP first, just because I love it so much and it's a great way to start off the week.:p
