I am a brand new member and have just ordered both sets (12 in all) of DVD workouts. I used to do the new Firm videos, but I got really burned out and developed knee pain, so I thought I'd try these. I have the blue/purple Firm step + 3,5,8,and 10lb. weights but I'm not sure what else I'll need. I'm expecting my DVD's to arrive any time and I want to be prepared as soon as they're here. (No excuses if everything is ready, right?) Can anyone help me know what equipment I'll need? I'll be rotating all 12 DVD's I guess. Any suggestions would be great!

Hi, Tracie! The only other thing you need are two yoga blocks (for which they suggest you substitute a book or a pillow if you don't have one) and a balance stick (for which they suggest a mop or broom, although I use one of my son's hockey sticks). No other equipment is shown in either system and with the suggested substitutes, they're "no excuses" workout! I know that you'll love them!

You may at some point decide you want a more stable high box as there is quite a bit of upper body work done on this and you don't want it sliding out from under you.If that isn't an issue I say YOU'RE GOOD TO GO!!
