:rolleyes: I'm still recovering from blowing out my left rotator cuff and subsequent surger a year ago....
I previewed this video and while I know that hand stand looks like a great/fun and innovative move, I don't think I'm going to even attempt it.
Any suggestions for a modification?

Maybe just do some more squats? :confused:

I would subsitute push ups on my knees while my hand are on the step, I think the upper body need to be worked more in the series.

Due to a wrist problem I can't even do push ups anymore, so I put my hands on my thighs and do a plyo jump
