View Full Version : There's something to this Yoga/Pilates stuff

I gotta admit, I feel great after doing a WHFN workout - any of 'em. I suspect the Yoga/Pilates is to blame.

I noticed I was really getting into the hang of it last night during Upper Body Burn. The Yoga at the end was really clicking with me. I'm slow, so it takes a while for some things to sink in. :p

Boy, I felt so happy and so strong. I'm loving these workouts.

I did a fun cardio workout on Wednesday night that didn't have Yoga/Pilates. I enjoyed the workout, but I didn't have the same relaxed, calm, happy feeling after it was over. I missed that part!

Anybody else having the same experience?

You said it - I also feel great - happy and strong after completing a WHFN workout versus any other.

Hey, I did Upper Body Burn last night too! I agree -- the yoga/pilates interspersed throught the WHFN's makes me feel so wonderful when I've completed my workout!

I agree! I believe that I've made gains in my flexibility and balance since beginning the Fitprimes and can only attribute to to the yoga/pilates stuff. And I LOVE Upper Body Burn. The first time I did it, I felt like an absolute moron circling the stick. Now it's my favorite cardio segment!

I have loved pilates for years, and I love that these workouts incorporate it into each.........I had to scramble to add some pilates to each day........NOW its there for me!
