On Tuesday I got Crunch Time with Tamela in the mail. Yesterday evening I did the workout for the first time. All I have to say is this: I will never do the original workout with Susan Harris again. I love Susan don't get me wrong, but with Tamela it was tons more fun. In particular, I love the cardio segment, particularly the one with the hop scotch. I loved that turn Tamela did towards the end of that segment! I followed her and did the same thing too! :D Another favorite cardio segment was the kickboxing. I shouted out "Hah" along with her! Some other favorite segments was the Pilates section with the rolling like a ball (I love the rolling like a ball,it's so cute!), and the leg press section, and the yoga section. I could go on and on! Tamela packed a whole lot into this workout-and all in 43 minutes too! 2 minutes short of the original workout!
Give this workout a try, PLEASE, it's so worth your time and effort-and Tamela was right, this WAS fun! I was smiling all throughout the workout! :D My overall score: A+++++
