Easy Power Walk

42-minute beginner/intermediate level walking program. Warm-up, walking aerobic phase, cooldown, stretch.

This is a complete audio workout divided in:

1) walking stretch / warmup

2) 30 minute variable intensity cardio

3) 3 minute cooldown / stretch and four minutes of abs and pushups.

The workout is narrated by Susan Harris, for many their favorite instructor in the Firm videos. Susan is superb. Her voice is very soothing, yet motivating at the same time.
